懶人早餐

我承認我是非常懶惰的女人但我只有運動很勤勞而已﹐為了解決早上沒時間懶得想
吃什麼早餐這個大問題﹐我最近用了這招懶人方法﹐就是每天一杯綜合黑豆漿﹐然
後過兩個小時再吃點什麼別的。
做法:
就黑豆跟黃豆水泡一泡﹐放電鍋蒸熟﹐放涼後分裝放冷凍﹐穀類也是一樣﹐我會糙
米燕麥﹑野米﹑糙米﹑薏仁﹑蕎麥混搭﹐一樣是煮熟分裝放冷凍。
早上起來就把以上材料混在一起﹐加一匙黑芝麻﹐一匙奇亞籽或是一匙亞麻籽﹐然
後倒入自製的堅果奶﹐加一顆蘋果或是一根香蕉﹐打一打就喝下去!難怪我最近看起
來皮膚越來越好﹐我自己說說﹐大家笑一笑就好!

Breakfast for Extremely Lazy People Like Me!
Yes, I am such a lazy person so I think of a quick and easy way to make
breakfast.
Instructions:
For beans
soak black beans and soy beans overnight.
steam them in a rice cooker
put them in small bags and freeze them

For grains
It depends on what kind of grains you'd like to blend with beans.
The cook time may vary. Hulk barley, buckwheat groats, wild rice, and brown
rice are healthy grains. Choose whatever you like and alternate.

In the morning, I usually put homemade nut milk, black beans, soy beans,
grains, black sesame seeds, chia seeds or flax seeds, and fruit such as
apple and banana as a natural sweetener in a Vitamix and blend them.
