如何煮蕎麥
材料
一杯蕎麥
兩杯水
蕎麥與水的比例1比二,可使用烘培用的量杯來量。反正有杯子量就好!

Why should you make your own almond milk? I guess I have plenty of time in order to stay healthy. 為什麼要自己做杏仁奶?我想只是要保持健康吧!
I know you can buy almond milk in stores but I would rather make my own. This fresh, nutty milk makes your skin glow. Trust me, you definitely can make it at home.

1 cup of almonds
4 cups of water

老公說我打的蔬果汁看起來都超噁的,但我覺得顏色看起來很漂亮啊!為了看起來年輕又健康,拼了!
材料:有機羽衣甘藍、有機節瓜、有機黃椒、有機芹菜、有機甜菜根、半個西洋梨、半根香蕉、奇異果、有機草莓、半匙奇亞籽、加上來自科羅拉多州產地的優酪乳!
My husband said it looks gross but I insist on making my creative smoothie every day! Ingredients of today's smoothie are as follows:
Organic kale
Organic zucchini
Organic orange pepper
